AeroInfo Systems, a leading provider of aviation-maintenance software solutions, announces the appointment of Mr. Brian Kain to the newly created position of Director, Application Maintenance and Support Services.
Brian will provide leadership and direction for internal IT operations, the company-wide Project Management Office (PMO), and our growing Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) business, which includes Data Services, Data Production and Customer Services.
Brian is a senior IT Executive with over 15 years’ experience developing and leading successful IT teams in Canada, US, Europe and the Caribbean. He also has extensive experience implementing pragmatic and effective processes for PMO, Resource Management and Software Lifecycle management based on industry best practices, including PMI, CMMi and ITIL.
Brian began his career with the Canadian Department of National Defense where he spent 21 years in the in Aerospace, Defense & Intelligence communities. He holds multiple certifications in Management, Financial Management, Negotiation, Mediation and Conflict Resolution and most recently Certified in Risk & Information Systems Control.
